Grampians Health is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Program Manager - Delivery to lead the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of capital infrastructure projects across the organisation.
Reporting to the Director of Capital Projects, this leadership role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of major capital projects from procurement through to commissioning and handover, while providing leadership, mentorship and professional support to project delivery staff.

Lead the delivery of a portfolio of capital infrastructure projects, ensuring achievement of scope, budget, quality and program objectives.
Provide leadership and oversight to Project Managers, Project Officers and project support resources within the delivery stream.
Manage procurement, consultant engagement, contract administration and project governance activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants, funding bodies and regulatory agencies.
Monitor project risks, opportunities, financial performance and resource requirements across the portfolio.
Prepare high-quality reports, business cases, Executive briefings and governance documentation.
Skills & Experience Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in the leadership and delivery of complex capital infrastructure programs and projects.
Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors and stakeholder groups.
Strong commercial, procurement and contract management experience.
Highly developed communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
within healthcare infrastructure or large public sector capital programs is highly desirable.
