Role Overview
The MENAT Strategic Initiatives team drives cross-region programs across the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey.
The role supports cloud adoption, customer engagement, market impact, and Saudi Vision 2030 priorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Senior Program Manager is based in KSA and operates independently across multiple workstreams.
Program Planning and Execution
- Define scope, milestones, success metrics, and delivery timelines for cross-region initiatives focused on KSA priorities.
- Build program plans and governance frameworks that keep complex programs on track.
- Drive end-to-end delivery from ideation through launch, iteration, and scale.
- Identify risks and blockers, escalate early, and propose mitigation paths.
- Coordinate with KSA stakeholders, government entities, and regulatory bodies for compliance and alignment.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage Directors, GMs, VPs, government officials, C-suite customers, and strategic partners to align priorities and resources.
- Build consensus and secure commitments across matrixed organizations without direct authority.
- Connect sales, professional services, partner, marketing, and public sector teams.
