Responsibilities
- Oversee complex energy related programs and projects, ensuring they are planned, executed, and delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Define program roadmaps, coordinate cross functional teams, manage stakeholders, and align activities with organizational strategy
- Track KPIs, monitor risks and dependencies, prepare status reports, and present updates to senior leadership and external partners
- Support continuous improvement by refining processes, implementing best practices, and mentoring project managers and other team members
Requirements
- Strong program and project management skills, including planning, prioritization, risk management, and budget oversight
- Proven experience coordinating cross functional teams and managing stakeholders at multiple levels, ideally in the energy or infrastructure sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and support data driven decision making
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including effective remote collaboration
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, project management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Relevant project or program management certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) is an advantage
- Experience in renewable energy, utilities, or large scale industrial programs is beneficial

Role Description
- This is a part time, hybrid Senior Program Manager role based in Abu Dhabi, with a mix of on site and work from home arrangements.
- The Senior Program Manager will oversee complex energy related programs and projects, ensuring they are planned, executed, and delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Responsibilities include defining program roadmaps, coordinating cross functional teams, managing stakeholders, and aligning activities with organizational strategy.
- The role involves tracking KPIs, monitoring risks and dependencies, preparing status reports, and presenting updates to senior leadership and external partners.
- The Senior Program Manager will also support continuous improvement by refining processes, implementing best practices, and mentoring project managers and other team members.
Qualifications
