OWT Global is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the planning, integration, fielding, and execution of advanced airspace awareness, Airspace Management, and C-UAS capabilities in support of U.S. Army and Joint Force training environments.
This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in military air operations, airspace deconfliction, and range operations, capable of translating operational requirements into executable programs. The selected individual will serve as the primary interface between operational stakeholders, engineers, and fielding teams, ensuring successful deployment and sustainment of integrated sensor and command-and-control systems.
This position will play a key role in supporting emerging efforts aligned with range airspace awareness, Airspace Management integration, and C-UAS architectures across large-scale training environments.
10+ years of experience in military operations, with direct involvement in:
Airspace management and deconfliction
Military range operations (live-fire, maneuver, aviation integration)
Demonstrated experience working within or alongside:
Range Control / Installation Range Operations
Airspace Management Authorities (e.g., A2/3/5, Airspace Cells, FAA coordination)
Strong working knowledge of Range Facility Management Support System (RFMSS)
Experience with or exposure to Airspace Management concepts, systems, or airspace coordination for UAS operations
Experience in fielding and integrating systems and sensors in operational environments
Proven ability to manage complex programs involving multiple stakeholders and technical domains
Experience supporting or interfacing with UAS / C-UAS operations preferred
Familiarity with TAK (ATAK/WinTAK) or similar COP environments highly desired
Ability to operate effectively in dynamic , mission-driven environments
Prior experience as a Senior Aviation Officer (e.g., Battalion/Brigade-level leadership, Company Commander, or equivalent) with deep understanding of rotary-wing operations and integration into complex airspace environments
Former Helicopter Pilot (Army, SOF, or Joint) with experience operating in restricted, congested, or high-density training airspace
Senior-level experience in Airspace Management / Airspace Control , including: Installation-level Airspace Manager / Airspace Control Authority (ACA) support Air Control Manager / Airspace Operations Lead within Division, Corps, or Joint environments
