Role Overview
SciTec is seeking a Senior Program Manager for its Missile Defense Solutions department.
The role leads complex, mission-critical software systems in a defense environment.
The position covers end-to-end design, development, integration, verification, and validation execution.
Workplace
- The listed workplace is on-site in Boulder, Colorado, or Princeton, New Jersey.
- Business travel of up to 25% may be required.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of design, development, integration, and test activities.
- Manage program risk, change impacts, requirements, roadmaps, and execution planning.
- Communicate customer information and prepare program status reports for leadership and customers.
- Manage relationships with government customers, subcontractors, external partners, and internal leadership.
- Improve program processes and manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control.
- Support program reviews, demonstrations, external engagements, and multiple customer stakeholders.
