*Senior Program Analyst*

The Senior Program Analyst will work directly with the Government personnel in meeting the technical needs of the project.

• Assists project/test leaders as they scan the business environment to identify potential issues that may impact the quality of services, interfere with the organization's ability to manage its risks, and/or create opportunities to address these issues more effectively.
• Tracks project/test cost, schedule, and percent completion for assigned task orders.
• Monitors burn rates against budgetary expectations.
• Prepares project/test cost vs. schedule variance reports for each task order and informs management and the Government when budget exceeds 75%, 90%, 100% of allocated funds, or upon reaching other thresholds as required.
• Creates initial task order entry into the task order tracking module of TEBS.
• Archives entries upon task order completion.
• Assists project/test leadership with creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
• Makes effective recommendations when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
• Serves as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
• Communicates with leadership on progress of project.
• Adjusts project/test schedules and targets on the project as needs or budgets change.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
