Senior Professional Services Engineer

Experience and Location

• The role is based in Bengaluru and is onsite.

Role Summary

Customer Implementation and Delivery

• Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding of enterprise customers.
• Plan, design, deploy, validate, and transition customer environments into production.
• Assess on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Drive implementation milestones, technical governance, project risks, and delivery timelines.
• Implement and validate asset discovery, vulnerability management, patch management, compliance, and Saner Cloud modules.

Solution Architecture and Integration

• Implement enterprise solution architectures.
• Integrate with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, ServiceNow, Freshservice, CMDB, ITSM, and SIEM systems.
• Configure SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Microsoft Entra ID, and Okta integrations.
• Implement REST API integrations and automation.

Security Consulting and Enablement

• Advise customers on vulnerability management, patch management, compliance, and remediation best practices.
• Conduct architecture reviews and implementation workshops.
• Deliver administrator training and knowledge transfer.
• Create implementation documentation and operational runbooks.

Security Skills

• Strong cybersecurity fundamentals across vulnerability, patch, compliance, endpoint, asset discovery, and security posture management.
• Knowledge of CVE, CVSS, CCE, CIS Benchmarks, MITRE ATT&CK, and industry security practices.
• Ability to interpret findings, prioritize remediation by business risk, and provide implementation guidance.
• Familiarity with PCI DSS, HIPAA, NIST, and CIS Controls is preferred.

Infrastructure and Technology Skills

• Experience with Windows Server, Windows Desktop, Linux distributions, and macOS for administration, patching, hardening, troubleshooting, and enterprise support.
• Experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, VPNs, firewalls, SSL/TLS, reverse proxies, load balancers, proxy servers, and network security.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Experience with PowerShell, Bash or shell scripting, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL, and MongoDB.

Qualifications

• B.E. or B.Tech in computer science, information technology, electronics, or a related discipline.
• MCA, M.Sc., and relevant cloud or cybersecurity certifications are preferred.
• Excellent communication, consulting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple enterprise projects.
