Senior Professional Information Security Engineer

Summary: CSC is currently seeking a Security Test Engineer to work in the field of cryptographic module validation testing.

This position supports CSC's Global Cybersecurity team, which is a global program providing information and infrastructure security.

The duties required in this role include: exercising of test procedures, review of technical documentation and schematics, rendering test verdicts based on the FIPS 140-2 derived test requirements and contribution to test plans and reports.

Essential Job Functions

• Analysis of source code and documentation;
• Perform cryptographic algorithm testing, functional testing and physical testing on IT security products;
• Contribute to test reports; and
• Work closely with laboratory management, clients, government bodies and business partners to ensure standards compliance.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field;
• Four or more years of IT experience;
