Senior Professional, Environmental Engineering

Lead contaminated sites investigation, remediation, and environmental management projects from planning through completion.

Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, and technical deliverables while ensuring quality outcomes.

Build and strengthen relationships with clients, regulators, and project stakeholders.

Prepare proposals, technical reports, and innovative environmental solutions that help clients achieve their objectives.

Mentor and support the development of junior and intermediate environmental professionals.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex environmental and sustainability challenges.

Identify opportunities for growth and contribute to the continued success of the Earth & Environment practice.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geoscience, Biology, or a related discipline.

Professional designation (P.Eng., P.Geo., RPBio., or equivalent) or eligibility to obtain registration.

10+ years of environmental consulting experience with a focus on contaminated sites assessment and remediation.

Demonstrated experience managing projects, including budgeting, scheduling, client communication, and resource planning.

Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, contaminated sites legislation, and industry best practices.

Proven ability to prepare technical reports, proposals, and client-facing deliverables.

Strong field experience with a demonstrated commitment to health and safety excellence.
