Holz Mikawa Wood Industries and Construction Materials LLC is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven **Senior Production Manager** to oversee manufacturing and production operations in Doha, Qatar.
This role focuses on managing production processes, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring high-quality output in wood and construction materials manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Leadership: Oversee daily manufacturing and production operations
- Process Optimization: Improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity
- Quality Control: Ensure products meet industry standards and specifications
- Resource Management: Manage materials, machinery, and workforce allocation
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, production output, and operational efficiency
- Team Leadership: Manage supervisors, technicians, and production staff
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Senior-level experience in production, manufacturing, or industrial operations
- Skills: Strong leadership, operational, and process management capabilities
- Education: Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
