Senior Production Engineer – Tissue Factory

Overview

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: USD 4,000 per month (net of income tax)
• Performance Bonus: Up to 2 months of base salary annually
• Housing: Employer-provided secure accommodation
• Transportation: Provided by the employer

• Industrial Engineer will be responsible for improving:
• Throughput and efficiency (OEE)
• Product quality and consistency
• Maintenance systems and equipment reliability
• Workforce capability and performance

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations of the tissue converting line
• Manage and develop a team of 20+ operators and technicians
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance systems
• Drive continuous improvement (waste, changeover, output)
• Conduct root-cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions
• Manage spare parts planning and inventory
• Report production, maintenance, and quality KPIs

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a tissue paper converting plant
• Hands-on expertise in converting lines (rewinder, log saw, packaging, etc.)
• Experience with major OEMs (e.g., Fabio Perini, Körber, Futura, Gambini, PCMC, A.Celli, etc.)
• Proven leadership of at least 20+ personnel
• Strong background in maintenance systems and troubleshooting
• Willingness to relocate to Haiti for a 1-year contract
• Fluent in English

Preferred

• Overseas experience
• Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma / TPM
• French or Spanish language skills
