Senior Production Engineer

Ipsos CrossMedia is at a pivotal and exciting stage of growth, and we are looking for a motivated Production Engineer to join our innovative Data Science and Engineering teams. Build and Manage Cloud Infrastructure: You will own the management of our production and development infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AWS. This includes our Kubernetes clusters, cloud storage, and identity and access management.

Master Infrastructure as Code (IaC): You will design, write, and deploy code to manage our infrastructure using modern IaC tools like Terraform or Pulumi. This is a chance to build your skills in creating repeatable and robust systems.

Automate Everything: You will be responsible for our CI/CD pipelines, using tools like GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps to automate the building, testing, and deployment of our applications and data workflows.

Orchestrate Data Workflows: A core part of your role will be creating, maintaining, and monitoring our data ingestion and delivery pipelines using Argo Workflows. You'll ensure that data flows seamlessly and reliably to our clients and internal teams.

Ensure System Reliability (SRE Principles): You will monitor the health and performance of our systems, ensuring efficient resource usage. When issues arise, you'll be on the front line, performing root cause analysis, deploying fixes, and providing Level 2 technical support. You'll also contribute to a blameless post-mortem culture to learn from incidents.

Drive Continuous Improvement: You will be empowered to propose and implement structural improvements to our platform, from configuration management to system architecture. We want you to help us get better every day.
