Responsibilities
- Act as Product Owner for HR systems and platforms, managing and prioritizing the product backlog
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand system usage and identify optimization opportunities
- Lead the full requirements lifecycle: elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation
- Translate ambiguous business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories
- Facilitate workshops to help stakeholders articulate needs
- Produce high quality deliverables including process maps, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with architects and technical teams to ensure solution alignment with enterprise architecture
- Oversee delivery of enhancements and projects from concept through implementation
- Lead and mentor a team of 2 3 Business Analysts
- Establish and promote best practices in business analysis and product management
Requirements
- 5 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong exposure to product oriented environments
- Proven experience operating as a Product Owner or in a product led role
- Experience working with HR systems, platforms, or business processes
- Strong understanding of system configuration, integrations, and Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and HCM systems is an asset
- Bilingualism required (daily communication outside Quebec)
- Strong business acumen and ability to align solutions with organizational goals
- Exceptional ability to extract and clarify business needs

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Owner Business Analyst to drive the evolution, optimization, and delivery of HR technology solutions (SAP SuccessFactors HCM).
- This role sits at the intersection of business, product, and technology, acting as a strategic partner to stakeholders.
Product Ownership & Business Alignment
- Act as the Product Owner for HR systems and platforms.
- Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing initiatives based on business value and strategic objectives.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand how systems are used and identify optimization opportunities.
- Evaluate and challenge business requests, recommending fit for purpose solutions.
- Manage expectations by balancing business needs, timelines, and technical feasibility.
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Lead the full requirements lifecycle: elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation.
- Translate ambiguous or evolving business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops to help stakeholders articulate needs.

- Support testing activities, including UAT planning and execution.
- Ensure successful deployment and adoption of solutions.
Leadership & Team Oversight
- Lead and mentor a team of 2 3 Business Analysts.

Requirements
