Responsibilities
- Servir de Product Owner senior et de responsable de configuration HRIS pour l'implémentation
- Diriger les activités de conception, configuration, test, déploiement et stabilisation du HRIS
- Partenariat avec les centres d'expertise RH, Paie, Finance, TI, Opérations et partenaires externes
- Posséder et maintenir le backlog produit HRIS, la gouvernance de configuration, les normes de documentation
- Soutenir l'implémentation HRIS de bout en bout à travers l'Ontario, le Québec et les États Unis
- Diriger les activités de préparation et de migration des données
- Travailler avec les équipes techniques et d'intégration pour définir et valider les flux de données
- Construire, maintenir et soutenir les analyses RH, tableaux de bord et solutions de reporting
Requirements
- 5 à 7 ans d'expérience pratique en HRIS avec un fort accent sur la configuration, l'implémentation, l'optimisation et le maintien
- Expertise prouvée en configuration de Core HCM et de processus métier
- Expérience démontrée à soutenir ou diriger une implémentation HRIS de bout en bout
- Bonne compréhension des processus RH à travers le cycle de vie des employés
- Expérience avec les intégrations, la conversion de données, les rapports, les champs calculés, les EIB, les rôles de sécurité
- Capacité à opérer avec une responsabilité de niveau senior tout en restant pratique avec la configuration
- Certification HRIS (Workday, Dayforce, SAP, UKG) préférée
- Expérience en environnement syndiqué, horaire, salarié ou multi sites

The Opportunity
- Reporting to the Director, HRIS and Analytics, the Sr. Product Owner, HRIS will be a key functional and hands on lead for Atlantic Packaging’s end to end HRIS implementation across Ontario, Quebec and the United States.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the Sr. Product Owner and functional HRIS configuration lead for the HRIS implementation
- Lead HRIS design, configuration, testing, deployment and stabilization activities
- Partner with HR COEs, Payroll, Finance, IT, Operations and external implementation partners
- Own and maintain the HRIS product backlog, configuration governance, documentation standards
- Support the end to end HRIS implementation across Ontario, Quebec and the United States
- Lead data readiness and migration activities
- Work with technical and integration teams to define and validate data flows
- Build, maintain and support HR analytics, dashboards and reporting solutions
What You Bring
- 5 7 years of hands on HRIS experience with a strong focus on configuration, implementation, optimization and sustainment
- Proven expertise in Core HCM and business process configuration
- Demonstrated experience supporting or leading an end to end HRIS implementation
- Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Experience working with integrations, data conversion, reporting, calculated fields, EIBs, security roles
- Ability to operate with senior level accountability while remaining hands on with configuration
- HRIS certification (Workday, Dayforce, SAP, UKG etc.) preferred
- Experience in unionized, hourly, salaried or multi location environments preferred
