Responsibilities
- Lead end to end launch process for new products and features with clear commercial strategy
- Create and maintain core messaging and brand positioning to distinguish products in competitive landscape
- Monitor post launch performance and user data to refine marketing tactics and drive engagement
- Serve as central point of contact between Product, Marketing, Onboarding, Support, and Sales for new initiatives
- Develop high impact sales assets including pitch decks, case studies, ABM landing pages, demos, one pagers, and scripts
- Translate product technicalities into actionable sales intelligence for front line teams
- Establish structured channels to gather insights from Sales to influence product roadmap
- Systematically track industry shifts and emerging payment technologies to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain detailed analysis of competitive landscape to provide tactical insights for market share increase
- Manage feedback loops with merchants to ensure marketing strategies are rooted in actual needs

Role Overview
- Reporting to the VP, Marketing & Industry Relations, the Senior Product Marketing Manager will thrive at the intersection of high level strategy and tactical execution.
- You will be the primary driver behind scalable programs, defining long term market positioning and developing collateral for the sales team.
- This is a foundational role requiring a proactive hands on approach to scaling product marketing.
What You'll Do: Pillar 1: Go To Market Strategy & Execution
- Lead the end to end launch process for new products and features, ensuring each release is backed by a clear commercial strategy and execution plan.
- Create and maintain the core messaging and brand positioning that distinguishes our products in a competitive landscape.
- Monitor post launch performance and user data to refine marketing tactics and drive sustained product engagement.
- Serve as the central point of contact between Product, Marketing, Onboarding, Support, and Sales to ensure organizational readiness.

Salary Range
- The salary range for this full time position is CAD 135,000 180,000 CAD.
- Final compensation dependent on experience, skillset, and qualifications.
