Responsibilities
- Partner with Product teams early to shape product positioning, define target audiences, and sharpen value propositions.
- Own end-to-end GTM planning for new launches (messaging, channels, launch plans, stakeholder alignment).
- Infuse the brand vision into the Product development and ensure brand alignment through touch points.
- Drive cross-functional execution with Product, Design, Growth, Compliance, and regional teams.
- Build clear launch frameworks and repeatable PMM playbooks that scale across product areas.
- Track performance and optimize post-launch: adoption, activation, and ongoing funnel improvements.
- Collaborate on lifecycle strategies after launch to ensure sustained engagement and retention.
- Influence senior Product stakeholders and guide decision-making with customer insights and data.
- Coach and mentor PMMs in the team, sharing best practices and raising overall PMM craft.
