Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands on B2B SaaS Product Management experience in a startup or scale up environment
- Strong analytical skills with SQL familiarity or strong partnership with data teams
- Good product judgment and ability to differentiate good vs. bad design
- Coachable with high growth slope

About the Role
- We’re hiring a Product Manager, Spend Management to join our growing Product team.
- You’ll operate within a defined strategy, partnering closely with Engineering and Design to ship high quality, low friction workflows.
- You’ll take ownership of meaningful product surface areas, drive disciplined execution, strengthen analytical clarity, and raise the quality bar.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Own features end to end from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Translate business and customer problems into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver intuitive, high quality product experiences on time.
- Manage dependencies, scope trade offs, and delivery risks with clarity and accountability.
- Execute within an existing roadmap aligned to defined outcome metrics.
- Contribute structured input to prioritization conversations.
- Engage with customers and internal teams to understand workflow friction and unmet needs.
- Identify and reduce high friction experiences in B2B SaaS workflows.
- Define and track success metrics for features and enhancements.
- Analyze user behavior, funnels, and experiments to guide iteration.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, documentation, analysis, and planning.
- Identify responsible, high leverage AI use cases within the product experience.
