our Riyadh headquarters, we are seeking an exceptional Senior
Product Manager to own and drive the strategic growth of our
Gastrointestinal (GIT) segment.

Role Description
Brand Strategy & Ownership — Develop and execute comprehensive brand
plans for GIT portfolio products, ensuring alignment with company
objectives and market realities.
▸ Product Launch Excellence — Lead end-to-end new product launches
within the GIT segment, from pre-launch planning and market shaping
through commercialization and post-launch performance tracking.
▸ Market Analysis & Insights — Conduct in-depth market research,
competitive landscape analysis, and customer insights to identify growth
opportunities and refine positioning strategies.
▸ Cross-Functional Leadership — Partner with Medical, Regulatory, Sales, and
Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless product lifecycle management and
market access.
▸ KOL & Stakeholder Engagement — Build and sustain relationships with key
opinion leaders, medical societies, and healthcare decision-makers to
strengthen brand credibility and advocacy.
▸ Promotional Excellence — Design impactful promotional campaigns,
scientific content, and sales tools that resonate with HCPs and drive
prescribing behavior.
▸ Budget & P&L Management — Own the brand budget with rigorous ROI
discipline; ensure optimal allocation across channels and activities.
▸ Field Force Alignment — Develop and deliver high-quality training, materials,
and field coaching to maximize sales team effectiveness and brand
messaging consistency.
▸ Forecasting & Demand Planning — Provide accurate market forecasts in
coordination with supply and finance teams to ensure product availability
and business continuity.
▸ Performance Monitoring — Continuously track brand KPIs, analyse
performance data, and proactively adjust strategies to achieve and exceed

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) — Essential
7+ Years in Pharmaceutical Marketing — Senior Level
Proven Git And Gastroenterology Launch Experience
Experience in a Leading Multinational Pharma Company
Strong strategic thinking & brand planning skills
Excellent command of English (Arabic a strong plus)
Proficiency in market data tools (IMS/IQVIA, etc.)
Demonstrated leadership & cross-functional collaboration
Positive, growth-oriented mindset & professional maturity
High ethical standards — commitment to compliance
KSA market knowledge — Riyadh preferred

MBA or advanced business qualification (advantageous
