- Own product launch planning and execution, tracking milestones and dependencies
- Manage product backlogs and release planning, translating business requirements into user stories
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high quality delivery
- Lead acceptance testing and release validation
- Act as primary operational interface with external development partners
- Develop post launch product enhancement roadmap and define product performance metrics
- Build product management processes and governance frameworks
- Lead the company's AI adoption strategy across product, operations, and delivery functions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Delivery, Program Management, or similar roles
- Experience launching digital products or platforms
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Experience working with outsourced software development teams
- Proven experience leading AI adoption initiatives
- Familiarity with Saudi regulatory landscape including PDPL, CITC regulations, and Vision 2030
- Experience operating within the Saudi market or GCC region is strongly preferred
- Startup or high growth technology experience is highly desirable

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the successful launch, continuous improvement, and long term scaling of our digital platform.
- Reporting directly to the CTO, this role will serve as the operational owner of the product lifecycle.
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution focused, detail oriented, and capable of driving initiatives from concept through launch and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product launch planning and execution.
- Track launch critical milestones and dependencies.
- Coordinate activities across technology, operations, marketing, customer success, and business teams.
- Ensure all launch requirements are completed on schedule.
- Identify and mitigate launch risks.
- Manage product backlogs and release planning.
- Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and specifications.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high quality delivery.
- Monitor sprint execution and delivery performance.
- Ensure accountability across internal and external teams.
- Lead acceptance testing and release validation.
- Ensure product quality standards are maintained.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Delivery, Program Management, or similar roles.
- Experience launching digital products or platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Experience working with outsourced software development teams.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
- Proven experience leading AI adoption initiatives, including integration of AI tools, automation, or machine learning capabilities into digital products or operations.
- Familiarity with the Saudi regulatory landscape, including relevant data localization requirements, PDPL, CITC regulations, and Vision 2030 digital economy frameworks.
- Experience operating within the Saudi market or GCC region is strongly preferred.
- Startup or high growth technology experience is highly desirable.
