About Visier

  • Visier is the global leader in Workforce Intelligence, powering every people decision with agentic AI technology.
  • Founded in 2010, Visier has over 85,000 customers in 75 countries including BASF, Panasonic, Domino's Pizza, Experian, Amgen, eBay, and Ford Motor Company.

Role Summary

  • We're looking for an experienced Senior Platform Product Manager to own the foundational services that make our SaaS platform trustworthy, secure, and scalable.
  • Your work will directly determine whether enterprise customers can rely on our platform with confidence, and whether engineering teams can build on it with speed.

What You’ll Do – AI Infrastructure & Governance

  • Define and prioritize initiatives across the AI platform layer — model serving pipelines, vector storage, embedding management, and LLM integration patterns.
  • Own the product vision for AI access control, model versioning, audit trails, output attribution, and data lineage — balancing innovation velocity with regulatory compliance including the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO 42001.

What You’ll Do – AI Scalability & Observability

  • Ensure the AI platform scales with growing inference demands.
  • Develop and optimize monitoring and alerting covering model drift, hallucination rates, fairness signals, and system health.

What You’ll Do – Identity, Authentication & Access Management

  • Own how users authenticate and what they can access — SSO/SAML 2.0 with enterprise identity providers, auto provisioning, SCIM, session management, and API driven user administration.
  • Ensure our authentication surface meets the security standards of large, complex enterprise organizations.

What You’ll Do – Permissions, Data Security & Access Control

  • Define how the platform governs what data users can see and what actions they can take.
  • This spans role based and attribute based permission models, data access sets, security filters, and capability controls.
  • Own least privilege frameworks, administrator governance safeguards, and the security audit and reporting capabilities that enterprise customers rely on for compliance.

What You’ll Do – Network Access & Perimeter Security

  • Own network level access controls — trusted IP allowlisting, CIDR based subnet restrictions, and API access governance.
  • Ensure our platform meets the perimeter security requirements of enterprise security teams.

What You Bring

  • Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS platform fundamentals: IAM, SSO/SAML/SCIM, RBAC/ABAC, API security, network access controls, and tenant administration.
  • Advanced understanding of AI/ML platform technologies: LLM serving, RAG architectures, model registries, and responsible AI tooling.
  • Extensive PM experience in AI/ML platforms, data infrastructure, or enterprise security — ideally in a multi tenant SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to navigate governance, compliance, and security challenges through pragmatic, well scoped solutions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise and AI governance standards: SOC 2, GDPR, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, EU AI Act.
  • Ability to independently manage large scope, cross functional initiatives and translate strategy into executable roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain security and risk trade offs to non technical audiences.

How We Work And What We Offer

  • Fixed hybrid work model: 3 days a week in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
  • Modern, pet friendly downtown office spaces with collaborative areas and an on site gym.
  • Annual company All Hands in Vancouver.
  • Competitive salary, and top tier health and wellness benefits.
  • Stock options and/or bonus based on your role, location, and employment type.
  • Generous paid time off, including volunteering days and extra days over the December holidays.

Pay Range

  • The base pay range for this position in Canada is CAD 140k CAD 170k / year + bonus.
  • Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills.
