About the Role
The Senior Product Manager will own how firms get value from Estateably's platform and shape the company's applied AI product line for fiduciary work.
The role is a senior individual-contributor position reporting to the Director of Product, with no direct reports.
The product squad includes engineers with a technical lead, QA, and an accessibility engineer.
Product Strategy and Ownership
- Own the strategy and roadmap for adoption, time to value, and retention across the self-serve and small-firm business.
- Improve conversion of first-time users into firms that transact file after file.
- Build evidence-based investment cases connecting product decisions to retained and expanded revenue.
- Speak directly with firms and turn customer feedback into product direction.
Applied AI
- Take a new AI product line from early access to a market-ready offering.
- Define the roadmap, customer problems, packaging, and pricing for the AI product line.
- Determine whether AI capabilities should be delivered in the product, through the API, or through partners.
- Set standards for accuracy, transparency, trustworthiness, and human review.
