Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for intelligent systems that automate pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance workflows
- Design end to end user journeys for AI powered workflows, bringing strong product taste to every interaction
- Balance customer impact, system reliability, and engineering complexity when making product decisions
- Define and track success metrics including adoption, accuracy, efficiency gains, and customer outcomes
- Work closely with Customer Success and Solutions teams to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback
- Occasionally support onboarding to deeply understand edge cases and trust concerns around automation
Requirements
- 4+ years of Product Management or Design experience in tech, ideally in B2B SaaS, developer platforms, or enterprise software
- Track record shipping AI powered features to production, with judgment about when automation earns user trust
- Strong product design sensibility you sweat interaction details, not just requirements docs
- Comfort with technical depth: billing systems, APIs, data pipelines, or fintech/compliance domains a plus
- Excellent communication with engineering, GTM, and customers alike
- Startup mindset: bias to action, comfort with ambiguity, ownership from discovery to launch

In this role, you will
