About the Role
LeverageTek is seeking a Senior Product Manager for a permanent, full-time position with a Vancouver-based customer. You will own the product roadmap, lead discovery, and drive AI-native product vision.

Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap, sequencing migration and net new work based on business outcomes, retention, commercial priorities, and technical dependencies
- Lead the re authoring of the application during migration, ensuring every rebuilt feature is designed to the highest standard
- Drive the AI native product vision in collaboration with engineering
- Lead end to end discovery — running structured customer interviews, engaging SMEs, and validating problems before solutions are defined
- Bring strong UX judgment to product decisions, shaping flows and experiences in collaboration with engineering
- Write clear, buildable specs with well defined problem statements, acceptance criteria, and observable outcomes
- Define success metrics before work begins and track product performance post launch
- Partner with engineering from discovery through delivery
- Work with Activations, Support, Sales, and Marketing to ensure features are launched with full team readiness
- Monitor churn signals, activation rates, support trends, and sales feedback and apply that lens to roadmap decisions
- Use AI tools actively and fluently across discovery, synthesis, spec writing, and workflow
- Follow through on commitments, keep decisions moving, and ensure the team is never blocked waiting on a product answer
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in a vertical or domain specific product
- Demonstrated ability to lead discovery end to end and translate customer insight into well scoped, buildable product work
- Experience working closely with engineering teams with a strong understanding of technical trade offs and modern SaaS architecture at a conceptual level
- Strong product judgment — a track record of making good decisions under ambiguity
- Strong UX sensibility with the ability to contribute meaningfully to experience design decisions
- Comfortable owning a metrics framework and presenting product health clearly to leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High ownership mindset — proactive, accountable, and outcome driven
- Domain curiosity — invests in understanding the vertical
- Experience in dealer management, automotive, powersports, or comparable operationally complex vertical (asset)
- Experience working on a platform migration or rebuild (asset)
- Fluent with AI tools used daily to accelerate discovery, synthesis, spec writing, and decision making (asset)

Work Location
- The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 3 days per week on site at the customer headquarters in Vancouver, BC.

Compensation
- CAD 150,000–CAD 180,000 CAD, depending on experience.
