About the Role
Alchemy Equity is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead product lifecycle for portfolio companies and internal platforms. You will define product vision, collaborate with engineering and design, and drive data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities
- Define product vision and strategy, gathering and prioritizing requirements from stakeholders, and translating business objectives into clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, and investment teams to deliver high impact features, conduct experiments, and optimize product performance.
- Analyze market and user data, develop business cases, track product metrics, and continuously improve products based on feedback and results.
- Mentor junior product team members, contribute to product management best practices, and ensure alignment between product initiatives and overall portfolio strategy.
Requirements
- Strong product strategy and roadmap management skills, including experience defining product vision, prioritizing initiatives, and aligning work with business goals.
- Demonstrated ability in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and translating complex business needs into clear product specifications and user stories.
- Proficiency in data driven decision making, including comfort with product analytics, experimentation (A/B testing), and KPI definition and tracking.
- Experience leading cross functional teams, working closely with engineering, design, and operations to deliver high quality products on schedule.
- Background in portfolio management, investment, fintech, or B2B SaaS products is highly beneficial; experience in high growth or PE/VC backed environments is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present product plans, trade offs, and results to executive and non technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote, distributed setting, demonstrating strong ownership, accountability, and time management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications in product management are a plus.
- Minimum 5–7 years of product management experience, including senior level responsibility for strategic products or platforms.

Role Description
- The Senior Product Manager is a full time, remote role responsible for leading the end to end lifecycle of key products within Alchemy Equity’s portfolio and internal platforms.
- Day to day responsibilities include defining product vision and strategy, gathering and prioritizing requirements from stakeholders, and translating business objectives into clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
- The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, and investment teams to deliver high impact features, conduct experiments, and optimize product performance.
