About the Role
- We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to work closely with clients, software engineers, and designers to understand complex problems, define clear outcomes, and deliver software that advances the nuclear industry.
- Your work will span customer driven project based initiatives and/or product based development that benefits multiple customers.
- You’ll be accountable for turning validated customer needs into high quality software that meets nuclear regulatory requirements and NPX’s high standards for safety and performance.
What You'll Drive
- Product Discovery: Lead discovery workshops and user interviews to uncover problems worth solving and opportunities worth pursuing.
- Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to understand workflows, constraints, and success criteria.
- Translate insights into clear, well documented requirements that teams can execute against.
- Product Delivery: Lead a cross‑functional team of engineers and designers from problem definition through delivery.
- Own scope, priorities, and trade offs to ensure solutions meet customer needs and business goals.
- Product Strategy: Identify patterns across customer work that can inform product strategy and future investments.
- When working on software products, contribute to longer term planning and roadmap thinking.

Salary Range
- CAD 115 140k (Exact compensation may vary)
