Our client is seeking an experienced
Product Manager Or Value Stream Owner
to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of enterprise value streams supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
This role is responsible for aligning business strategy, customer needs, and technology investments to deliver measurable business outcomes across multiple products, platforms, and delivery teams.
The successful candidate will work closely with business and technology leaders to define priorities, drive execution, and continuously optimize value delivery.

Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of one or more enterprise value streams.
- Develop and manage multi-year roadmaps, annual plans, and delivery priorities aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with business, technology, architecture, and operations leaders to define strategic initiatives and customer outcomes.
- Translate business strategy into prioritized initiatives, epics, and delivery plans.
- Coordinate delivery across multiple Agile teams, managing dependencies, risks, sequencing, and overall value realization.
- Establish governance, executive reporting, and decision-making frameworks to support successful delivery.
- Define, monitor, and report on KPIs, OKRs, and value realization metrics.
- Lead value stream mapping and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery and business outcomes.
- Develop business cases and support investment planning for strategic transformation initiatives.
- Build strong relationships across Business, Technology, Operations, Architecture, Data, Security, and Vendor teams.
- Present progress, risks, recommendations, and tradeoffs to executive leadership and steering committees.
- Support organizational change management, business readiness, and stakeholder adoption.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Value Stream Management, Digital Transformation, Strategic Business Analysis, or Program Leadership.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end value streams, customer journeys, or enterprise business capabilities across multiple platforms and teams.
- Experience developing strategic roadmaps, business cases, and transformation plans.
- Strong executive presence with experience partnering with senior business and technology leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to define and manage KPIs, OKRs, and value realization metrics.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Business, Technology, Operations, Architecture, Data, and third-party vendors.
- Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and coordinating work across multiple delivery teams.
- Experience balancing competing business, operational, regulatory, and technology priorities.
- Proven success leading enterprise transformation, legacy modernization, or large-scale platform initiatives.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Ability to bridge business strategy and technology, translating complex concepts into actionable outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Lean, Lean-Agile, SAFe, or Value Stream Management practices.
- Experience leading enterprise digital transformation or customer experience initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar Agile delivery tools.
- Experience supporting enterprise architecture, platform evaluations, and buy-versus-build decisions.
- PMP, SAFe, Scrum, Lean, or Agile certifications are considered an asset.
