Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Work closely with customers to understand workflows, challenges, and emerging market needs
- Translate technical and scientific requirements into clear product specifications and user stories
- Partner with engineering, UX, data science, and commercial teams to deliver high impact products
- Prioritize features based on customer value, technical feasibility, and business goals
- Lead the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and continuous improvement
- Measure product success through customer feedback, adoption, and business outcomes
- Support product launches, customer demonstrations, and go to market initiatives
- Stay ahead of trends in process engineering, digital manufacturing, and life sciences software
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5 10 years of product management experience delivering technical software products
- Experience within pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, biologics, or process manufacturing
- Strong understanding of process engineering and manufacturing workflows
- Experience with process modeling or simulation software (e.g. bioreactors, chromatography, reaction engineering)
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into products customers love
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into products customers love.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience building SaaS or cloud based software products.
- Knowledge of digital manufacturing, digital twins, process modeling, or advanced analytics platforms.
- Experience working in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotech, or medical devices.
