About the Role
Nesto is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead 0-to-1 product development for a new financial product. You will own the vision, roadmap, and execution, working closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM teams.

Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and execute end to end product strategy for a new product from concept through launch and scale
- Lead 0 to 1 development including customer discovery, scoping, prioritization, iterative building, and go to market readiness
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Risk, Compliance, and GTM to ensure alignment
- Partner with GTM and leadership to translate new capabilities into positioning and sales enablement
- Establish metrics for product health, adoption, and impact, using data to drive iteration
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to executives
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years at a Senior PM level at a high growth technology company
- Demonstrated track record of owning and successfully launching complex new products, ideally in fintech, financial services, or data intensive domains
- Experience building products that handle sensitive data with rigorous security, compliance, and access control requirements
- Strong technical acumen to engage deeply with engineering on system design and architecture
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence and align stakeholders
- Proven ability to operate with clarity and conviction in ambiguous, fast moving environments

What You'll Be Doing

Who We're Looking For
