Role overview

S&P Global Energy is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead development and delivery of an agentic AI internal pricing system.

The digital product management team supports internal users and drives product innovation and evolution.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for the next-generation internal pricing ecosystem.
  • Translate commodity trading and pricing workflow pain points into AI-enabled user workflows.
  • Translate workflow needs into product requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Design and deliver agentic AI workflows for data collection, ingestion, and transformation.
  • Establish human-in-the-loop controls and guardrails for editorial integrity.
  • Partner with engineering on scalable data handling and reliable platform integration.
  • Lead delivery across engineering, price reporting, compliance, operations, and UX.
  • Run rapid experiments, define success metrics, and report progress.
  • Champion reusable components, platforms, and APIs.

Qualifications

  • Seven or more years of product management experience with platform and workflow products.
  • Experience owning and delivering roadmaps across multiple teams.
  • Experience modernizing legacy platforms into modular, API-first ecosystems.
  • Production experience delivering agentic AI or multi-step AI automation.
  • Strong understanding of LLM product risks, controls, and quality metrics.
  • Experience with Agile Scrum and Lean methodologies.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort balancing accuracy and governance with speed.
