- Decide what gets built and in what order, prioritizing high leverage workstreams
- Define and prioritize requirements meeting operational, regulatory, and analytical standards
- Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering execution
- Track delivery against business language measures of success and report progress

- Meaningful experience in asset management, fund operations, or fund accounting
- Product management experience with ability to define vision and roadmap
- Technical fluency to discuss data models, pipelines, schema design with engineers

Job Description
- The Fund Management squad is accountable for transforming fund operations onto a single governed platform.
- The role owns product vision, roadmap, and delivery for the squad.
Responsibilities: What you will do
- Translate product vision and strategy into actionable, sequenced roadmap across master data spine and pipelines.
- Partner with investment operations, fund accounting, data engineering, and compliance.
- Decide what gets built and in what order, prioritizing high leverage workstreams.
- Define and prioritize requirements meeting operational, regulatory, and analytical standards.
- Write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Pressure test major design decisions.
- Act as close partner to engineering and data leads on priorities and trade offs.
- Track delivery against business language measures of success.
What You Will Own
- Fund accounting and NAV: daily NAV correctness, timeliness, observability, and defensibility.
- Fund performance calculations: single surface for returns, attribution, peer comparisons, AUM and flow time series.
- The book of record for funds: primary record of fund holdings, positions, NAVs, flows, and activity events.
- The data platform: vision and roadmap for master data source and pipelines.
- The transaction execution: better ways for external stakeholders to access funds.
- Defensibility and lineage: traceable lineage for every fund number.
Qualifications: What you will bring
- Domain expertise in asset management, fund operations, or fund accounting.
- Product depth: ability to identify problems worth solving before defining solutions.
- Technical fluency: comfortable discussing data models, pipelines, schema design.
- Stakeholder influence: build trust quickly with engineering, operations, compliance, and senior leaders.
- AI era mindset: actively look for opportunities to use AI and automation.
- Communication: write clearly and concisely.
