Responsibilities
- Lead the end to end lifecycle of electrical maintenance solutions and services from discovery to launch and continuous improvement
- Define product vision and roadmap, gather and prioritize requirements, and align product initiatives with strategic goals
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to design features, plan releases, and ensure high quality delivery
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance data to refine products and optimize value
- Support training or knowledge sharing initiatives
Requirements
- Strong experience in product management, including roadmap development, requirements definition, and product lifecycle ownership
- Background in electrical engineering, industrial systems, or related technical fields, with familiarity across HV, MV, and LV environments preferred
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to inform product strategy
- Proven skills in stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities, with experience using data and metrics
- Clear and concise communication skills, with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline
- Ability to work on site in Dubai on a part time basis

Role Description
- The Senior Product Manager will lead the end to end lifecycle of electrical maintenance solutions and services, from discovery and definition to launch and continuous improvement. This is a part time, on site role based in Dubai, working closely with engineers, stakeholders, and clients to translate
Responsibilities
- Defining product vision and roadmap
- Gathering and prioritizing requirements
- Aligning product initiatives with EME’s strategic goals
- Collaborating with engineering and operations teams to design features, plan releases, and ensure high quality delivery
- Analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and performance data to refine products, optimize value, and support training or knowledge sharing initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong experience in product management, including roadmap development, requirements definition, and product lifecycle ownership
- Background in electrical engineering, industrial systems, or related technical fields, with familiarity across HV, MV, and LV environments preferred
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and positioning
- Proven skills in stakeholder management, cross functional collaboration, and aligning diverse teams around a shared product vision
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities, with experience using data and metrics to guide decisions and measure outcomes
- Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible language for different audiences
- Experience in service design, technical documentation, or training content related to maintenance, reliability, or industrial systems is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; advanced degree or product management certification is a plus
- Ability to work on site in Dubai on a part time basis and adapt to a knowledge sharing, high expertise environment
