Responsibilities
- Oversee the end to end lifecycle of key products and services associated with the travel trade show
- Gather and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders and external partners
- Define clear product roadmaps
- Coordinate with cross functional teams such as marketing, sales, operations, and technology
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and attendee feedback to refine features and enhance product experience
- Monitor product performance metrics, manage timelines and budgets
- Ensure all product initiatives align with the organization’s strategic goals in the travel and tourism sector
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, preferably at a senior level, with ownership of product strategy, roadmap, and delivery
- Strong background in market research, user discovery, and data driven decision making
- Experience working with cross functional teams to deliver complex, multi stakeholder products or events
- Familiarity with the travel, tourism, or events industry, ideally within trade shows, exhibitions, or large scale B2B platforms
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets in a fast paced environment
- Comfort with product analytics tools and KPIs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
- Ability to work on site in Dubai and collaborate effectively with international partners and culturally diverse teams
