Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Product Manager
to drive the strategic development, delivery, and growth of our payment and digital products.
Reporting to the Chief Product Officer
, this role will shape product vision, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure our solutions meet market needs, regulatory requirements, and business objectives across multiple regions.
The role operates within a global, matrixed organisation and requires strong product leadership, agile delivery expertise, and stakeholder management capability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years’ experience in product management, atleast 3 years' within payments or Fintech in the UAE.
- Strong expertise in agile product management tools and frameworks (e.g. Jira).
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and experience driving user-centric product development.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CSPO, Agile, Product Management) are advantageous.
- **People management experience is essential.**
- Proactive, innovative, and commercially minded, with a collaborative, delivery-focused mindset.
