Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives
- Lead product discovery through user research, data analysis, and market insights
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and go to market teams to deliver high quality products
- Simplify existing product workflows by identifying friction, reducing complexity, and improving usability
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver AI powered product capabilities that improve customer workflows
- Define and track key product metrics, using data to inform decisions and iterate quickly
- Drive experimentation (A/B testing, MVPs) to validate hypotheses and reduce risk
- Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
- Vet potential integration partners and manage ongoing relationships
Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management experience with at least 3 years leading complex B2B SaaS products
- Proven track record of simplifying complex products and improving customer workflows
- Demonstrated experience building, launching, or scaling AI powered product capabilities
- Strong experience partnering with Engineering to prioritize work and define sprint ready requirements
- Experience making product prioritization decisions based on customer value, business impact, and engineering effort
- Strong analytical skills with experience using product metrics, experimentation, and customer research
- Experience evaluating build versus buy decisions and managing third party technology integrations
- Startup or high growth company experience
- Experience in Multifamily PropTech, Property Management Software, Tenant Screening, Identity Verification, Fraud Prevention, Financial Services, or related domain strongly preferred

- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
- Lead product discovery through user research, data analysis, and market insights.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment.
- Evaluate product opportunities through the lens of customer outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and go to market teams.
- Partner closely with Engineering leadership to ensure sprint readiness and maintain a healthy backlog.
- Simplify existing product workflows by identifying friction and reducing complexity.
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver AI powered product capabilities.
- Vet potential integration partners and manage ongoing relationships.
- Define and track key product metrics, using data to inform decisions.

Qualifications & Experience

- Verifast is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario.
- Role is full time, hybrid or remote.
- Salary range: CAD 110,000 to CAD 160,000 per year.
