Varicent seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead AI adoption and customer value for its AI portfolio. You will own the strategy for adoption, optimization, and value realization of AI capabilities, working with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Own the end to end strategy for adoption, optimization, value realization, and scale across Varicent's AI capabilities.
- Lead strategic customer adoption programs, working directly with customers to understand workflow pain points.
- Define adoption success criteria and product health metrics, including activation, engagement, and value realization.
- Synthesize customer feedback and adoption insights to inform roadmap and prioritization.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to shape and deliver improvements to AI products.
- Enable Product Marketing and Go to Market teams with positioning, messaging, and enablement materials.
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Support to understand customer readiness and adoption blockers.
- Drive cross functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, and leadership.
- Stay ahead of enterprise AI trends and contribute to product management practices.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of professional experience, including 6+ years in Product Management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a senior individual contributor owning product strategy and execution
- Strong familiarity with emerging AI concepts such as GenAI, autonomous agents, etc.
- Experience managing products post launch, including adoption and optimization
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers
- Skilled at data driven decision making and prioritization frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience running early access or beta programs preferred

Role Overview
- As a Senior Product Manager, AI Adoption & Customer Value, you will lead the 1 to n growth, adoption, optimization, and ongoing success of Varicent's AI portfolio.
- This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for ensuring Varicent's AI capabilities are trusted, adopted, and delivering measurable value.
- You will work closely with customers and internal teams to turn early product traction into repeatable adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the AI Adoption & Customer Value Strategy: Define how AI products move from early traction to repeatable adoption.
- Lead Strategic Customer Adoption Programs: Work directly with strategic customers to understand workflow pain points.
- Define Adoption, Product Health & Value Realization Metrics: Define what successful adoption looks like.
- Synthesize Customer Feedback & Adoption Insights: Build strong customer relationships to understand user needs.
- Partner with the AI Strategy Product Manager: Ensure new AI capabilities are designed with adoption in mind.
- Partner with Engineering, Design & Data Science: Shape and deliver prioritized improvements.

Compensation
- Base salary range: CDN 125,000.00 CAD 164,200.00
- Eligible for variable compensation program.
