Senior Product Manager

Product Ownership: Lead the discovery and delivery of data-centric features, ensuring high adoption of reporting tools.

Outcome-Oriented Roadmap: Define and implement a roadmap backed by KPIs, focusing on data accuracy and user engagement with insights.

Data Collaboration: Work daily with Analytics and Data Engineering teams; you should be comfortable reading raw data and translating it into a product vision.

Cross-functional Follow-through: Partner with Engineering and Design for implementation, then align with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure users understand the value of our insights.

Customer Research: Conduct deep-dive sessions with B2B customers to quantify their data needs and translate them into feature requirements.

Autonomy: Take full ownership of the product area, setting independent goals and priorities that align with the broader company vision.

Experience in data-heavy industries (LMS, Reporting, or Logging).

Technical background: Ability to follow architectural discussions regarding data pipelines.

Cybersecurity knowledge: Specifically understanding nuances like Framework coverage (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK).
