The opportunity
Thrive Health is hiring a Senior Product Manager to connect clinical and patient needs, business priorities, and software development.
The role owns outcomes for products serving clinicians, administrators, and patients.
The product manager will discover, validate, design, and deliver solutions with cross-disciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Own product metrics covering patient outcomes, clinical efficiency, and adoption.
- Run discovery with users and domain experts and turn insights into prioritized requirements.
- Use prototypes, experiments, and A/B tests to validate or reject ideas before building.
- Own UX from problem framing through wireframes, flows, usability validation, and accessibility.
- Manage backlog, roadmap, technical debt investment, integrations, interoperability, and the full product lifecycle.
- Apply AI and LLM capabilities, align product vision, and drive go-to-market activities.
- Represent products with customers and prospects and support RFP and security or privacy requests.
- Create product materials, track market developments, mentor product managers, and improve team processes.
Skills and qualifications
- 5+ years managing product requirements for B2B SaaS products, including successful product or feature launches.
- Strong product discovery, evidence-driven decision-making, and data fluency.
- Hands-on experience with current LLM technology in products and product management.
- Hands-on product design and UX skills from wireframes and flows through usability validation.
- Deep product strategy skills and the ability to simplify complex problems into iterative solutions.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience with agile teams.
- Healthtech, regulated-domain, and healthcare integration experience are nice-to-have qualifications.
Work arrangement
- The role is remote-first and based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
- The position is full-time.
Salary information
- The base salary range is CAD 135,000 to CAD 150,000 per year.
