Role Overview
Lead the product strategy, development, and evolution of a B2B eCommerce marketplace.
Own the platform roadmap and initiatives that create measurable business and customer impact.
What You Will Do
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the B2B marketplace platform.
- Drive onboarding, catalog, pricing, checkout, order management, financing, and fulfilment capabilities.
- Partner with engineering, design, sales, supply chain, and business teams.
- Make data-driven product decisions using customer and business insights.
- Lead product marketing for new features and drive go-to-market adoption.
- Identify opportunities, experiment, learn, and scale solutions that drive partner and customer growth.
What You Bring
- Six to ten years of product management experience.
- Four to five or more years building B2B marketplaces or digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of checkout, pricing engines, product catalogues, and internal user platforms.
- Hands-on Agile product development experience, including PRDs, sprint planning, Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong data-driven mindset with stakeholder and cross-functional management skills.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into simple, scalable product experiences.
Bonus Experience
- Experience in IT distribution, channel ecosystems, ERP integrations, payments, or B2B commerce is a bonus.

- The role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
