About the Role

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for skills capabilities from discovery through iteration.
• Define AI product strategy covering personalized learning, recommendations, skills inference, and generative or agentic features.
• Translate customer and market needs into requirements, prioritized backlogs, and executable initiatives.
• Partner with data science and machine learning teams on skills mapping, competency assessment, and adaptive learning.
• Lead course delivery, learning paths, assessments, reporting, administration workflows, and LXP or LMS integrations.
• Conduct customer discovery, usability research, and win/loss analysis.
• Define success metrics, instrument products, and use data to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, sales, and customer success to drive adoption and go-to-market readiness.
• Communicate strategy, trade-offs, and progress to leadership and stakeholders.
