About the Role
FDJ UNITED is seeking a Senior Product Director to define and execute the end-to-end product vision and strategy across key OBG verticals including Sportsbook, Casino, Poker/Bingo, PAM, and core platform capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Define and own a unified product vision across all verticals
- Build a multi product strategy maximizing customer lifetime value, engagement, and retention
- Drive product differentiation and innovation across UX, features, personalisation, and content
- Ensure regulatory compliance and responsible gaming by design
- Own and prioritise a global product roadmap across all verticals
- Lead full product lifecycle: discovery → design → delivery → launch → optimisation
- Partner with Engineering to deliver scalable, secure, and high performing platforms
- Own PAM evolution as a core strategic asset
- Deliver a seamless, best in class customer journey across all products
- Lead, structure, and scale a team of Product Managers / Owners / Analysts
Requirements
- 12+ years in Product Management, including senior leadership roles
- Strong experience in iGaming / Sports Betting / Digital B2C platforms
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi product ecosystems
- Deep understanding of Sportsbook mechanics and platform, Gaming ecosystems, and PAM / customer platforms
- Strong knowledge of product operating models (Agile, product governance)
- Data driven product management and experimentation
- Platform architecture and scalability challenges
- Strong strategic thinking and execution capability
- Excellent stakeholder management (including executive level)
- Ability to operate in a complex, multi market regulatory environment
