Revun is hiring a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to lead the design of its web and mobile product experience.
The role focuses on complex SaaS platforms, marketplace applications, dashboards, workflows, portals, mobile apps, and multi-user systems.
The designer will simplify complex workflows, improve usability, create scalable design systems, and help prepare the platform for commercial launch.
The role requires thinking through product flows, user journeys, permissions, edge cases, responsive layouts, information hierarchy, and design handoff.
The designer should use AI tools to support research, ideation, UX writing, layout exploration, user flows, and documentation while applying independent product judgment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly web and mobile experiences for a complex SaaS and marketplace-style platform.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and developer-ready UI specifications.
- Design workflows for multiple user types, including owners, tenants, vendors, service providers, partners, and administrators.
- Translate complex business processes into simple, intuitive product experiences.
- Collaborate with leadership, product stakeholders, engineers, and developers throughout design and delivery.
- Improve information architecture, navigation, dashboards, forms, portals, workflows, and mobile experiences.
- Create scalable design systems, reusable components, UI patterns, and style standards.
- Identify gaps, edge cases, confusing flows, and opportunities to simplify the product experience.
- Review builds, provide design QA feedback, and support commercial launch readiness.
Required Experience
- At least 6 years of UX/UI, product design, or related digital product design experience.
- Experience designing complex SaaS, marketplace, CRM, workflow, fintech, dashboard, or other multi-role software products.
- Strong experience designing web and mobile product experiences.
- Strong Figma skills, including components, Auto Layout, variants, design systems, prototyping, and developer handoff.
- Experience designing dashboards, forms, tables, workflows, portals, profiles, settings, notifications, and role-based experiences.
- Experience working directly with engineers and product stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of user flows, information architecture, interaction design, usability, visual hierarchy, responsive design, and design systems.
- Experience using AI tools for design work, UX writing, research synthesis, wireframing, prototyping, or documentation.
- Strong written and spoken English and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Experience
- Marketplace, property technology, real estate, maintenance, field-service, booking, fintech, CRM, or enterprise workflow experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with multi-sided products, role-based permissions, payment workflows, vendor workflows, booking workflows, or service-request workflows is strongly preferred.
- Experience designing AI-powered features, improving existing products, working in startups, conducting usability testing, using product analytics, or creating design systems from scratch is strongly preferred.
Work Environment

Compensation
