Location and Work Style
- This is a location-specific remote-first opportunity for candidates residing in Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, or Ukraine.

Requirements
- Portfolio or case study showing work for SaaS platforms, data visualization tools, or similar data-heavy applications.
- Experience across user research, wireframes, prototypes, visual design, and usability testing.
- Ability to understand APIs, collaborate with developers, and explain design decisions to technical stakeholders.
- Experience with AI-assisted design workflows.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for developer tooling, infrastructure, or cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes concepts or cloud cost optimization workflows.
Responsibilities
- Develop product understanding, identify improvement opportunities, define user problems, and craft solutions.
- Work responsively in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements and tight deadlines.
- Exchange feedback with design, engineering, product, and sales teams.
- Lead end-to-end research, develop user personas and journey maps, and use insights to guide design.
- Keep current with industry developments and find effective ways to use new AI workflows.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive gross salary of €4,000 to €6,500 depending on experience level.
- Equity options, learning and equipment budgets, extra days off, and time for personal projects or self-improvement are offered.
Hiring Process
- The hiring process includes a screening call, home assignment, hiring manager interview, case study and workshop, and culture check interview.
