Bonify, Germany's leading platform for credit scores and financial management, seeks a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end design for central product experiences. You will develop intuitive UX solutions for mobile and web, contribute to the design system, and work with AI-powered features.

Responsibilities
- Own the end to end design process for central product areas – from discovery to implementation
- Develop intuitive and scalable UX solutions for mobile apps and web platforms
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system in Figma (components, tokens, reusable patterns)
- Work with modern tools like Figma MCP and AI powered workflows to improve design and collaboration processes
- Develop multiple solution approaches for complex problems and work closely with the team to identify the best option
- Bring a strategic perspective to product questions, connecting user needs, business goals, and technical requirements
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data to deliver user centered and impactful results
- Actively contribute to an open feedback culture where ideas are developed together
- Support and accompany UX experiments, A/B tests, and continuous product improvements
- Contribute to product discovery and direction – not just implementation
- Strengthen our design culture through knowledge sharing, feedback, and team support
Requirements
- 4 6+ years experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer for digital products (B2C required)
- Experience in conception and implementation of user centered digital products
- Solid knowledge of Figma and design systems (components, auto layout, etc.)
- Familiarity with modern design workflows, collaboration models, design ops, or tools like Figma MCP is a plus
- Interest in or experience with AI powered design processes
- Strategic thinking – understanding how design decisions influence product strategy, business outcomes, and user value
- Curious and explorative mindset with ability to develop multiple solution approaches
- Team orientation, openness to feedback, and cooperative, ego free working style
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally
- Good balance of UX competence, visual design, and product understanding
- German (C1/C2 or native) and English (business fluent)

- Experience in FinTech or regulated environments is a plus, but not a must.
