About the Role
Albi, a fast-growing SaaS company in the restoration industry, seeks a Senior Product Designer to own product work end-to-end, from problem definition to shipped features. You will use AI tools for prototyping, validate assumptions with self-serve research, and contribute to design culture.

Responsibilities
- Own product work end to end: Partner with product and engineering to define problems, explore solution spaces, validate concepts, and ship product improvements
- Start in an LLM: Use tools like Claude to clarify intent, draft short PRDs, and surface risks, edge cases, and initial approaches
- Validate assumptions with self serve research: Talk directly with customers, run quick tests, and use what you learn to adjust direction
- Prototype using AI tools: Use Cursor and Claude Code to build and iterate on flows and simple interfaces
- Bring work into Figma: Translate validated concepts into Figma for full state coverage, system alignment, and production readiness
- Design for the 80/20: Encode judgment and complexity under the hood while keeping the default experience simple and successful
- Contribute to patterns and culture: Share prompts, patterns, and learnings with the product org; participate in crits and reviews
Requirements
- 5+ years experience designing software
- Great attention to detail and a strong eye for visual craft, such as composition, typography, and layout
- Demonstrated experience independently leading design initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration
- Courage to ask questions, experiment, and advocate for what you feel is right
- Humility to accept feedback, adapt your thinking, and iterate toward the best solution
- Experience with interaction design and prototyping in Figma (and beyond with AI, HTML/CSS)
- Ability to distill problems and feedback, then design clear, focused solutions
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
