Responsibilities
- Create intuitive design solutions that support studios with end to end business management capabilities (class scheduling, booking, inventory management, point of sale, etc.)
- Deliver world class consumer experiences
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define and execute product strategies that align with user needs and business goals
- Lead complex design initiatives while pushing the boundaries of product strategy and visual craft
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful UX/UI solutions for complex web and mobile applications
- Experience in a Lead or Senior role is highly preferred
- Mastery of design tools such as Figma and Design Thinking
- Proficient in creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, high fidelity mockups, research questions, and user surveys
- Deep understanding of user centered design principles, usability heuristics, information architecture, design systems, and interaction design patterns
- Experience conducting and synthesizing user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) to inform design decisions
- Solid understanding of front end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and ability to communicate effectively with engineers
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Proven ability to break down complex problems into manageable, actionable design solutions
- Demonstrated ability to autonomously lead design initiatives, influence stakeholders, and mentor team members

- We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team focused on Mariana Tek.
Role Overview
- You'll create intuitive design solutions that support studios with end to end business management capabilities (spanning class scheduling, booking, inventory management, point of sale, etc.) as well as deliver world class consumer experiences.
- In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross functional teams to define and execute product strategies that align with user needs and business goals.
- This position offers opportunities for growth, allowing you to lead complex design initiatives while pushing the boundaries of product strategy and visual craft.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UX Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful UX/UI solutions for complex web and mobile applications.
- Experience in a Lead or Senior role is highly preferred.

- Proficiency in front end coding (e.g., HTML, CSS) for prototyping or component development.
