- Lead the end to end product design process, from user research and discovery through wireframing, prototyping, visual design, testing, and implementation.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, engineers, researchers, and compliance teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
- Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, high fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems and UI component libraries to ensure consistency across digital products.
- Advocate for user centered design principles while balancing business objectives, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in UX/UI or product design, with significant experience designing digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end to end product design projects and measurable business impact
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of user centered design methodologies, interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum product development environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences
