Role Overview
Shape user experiences for government staff and members of the public using AI-native software.
The role has broad ownership across product design, customer deployments, business development, marketing, and product strategy.
Workplace
- This is a hybrid role based at the New York City headquarters.
- Employees are expected to work from the office at least three days per week, Tuesdays through Thursdays.
- Candidates must reside in New York or be able to commute to New York City.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design, including customer research, discovery, product requirements, high-fidelity flows, and prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and contribute to the Trailmix internal design system.
- Support customer deployments with project management, product strategy, and customer communications.
- Create prototypes for RFP responses and demos with the business development team.
- Create social assets, conference one-pagers, and other branded marketing materials.
- Help define the product roadmap strategically.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of product design experience; startup or agency experience is preferred.
