Key Responsibilities
- Lead design from discovery and problem definition through prototyping, testing, iteration, and launch.
- Translate sophisticated AI capabilities into simple, natural, and engaging customer interactions.
- Design mobile-first journeys for exploration, need refinement, and meaningful customer action.
- Reimagine search, personalization, account journeys, and product interaction experiences.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality experiences.
- Use visual design, interaction design, motion, and micro-interactions across mobile and web.
- Iterate quickly using customer feedback, behavioral insights, and data to improve the product.
Essential Requirements
- At least 8 years of product design or UX experience with a record of shipping end-to-end digital products.
- Experience designing shipped or rigorously prototyped conversational AI or LLM surfaces beyond standard chat widgets.
- Deep mobile-first interaction craft covering fragmented sessions, thumb ergonomics, perceived latency, and resumability.
- Fluent understanding of LLM streaming, structured output, tool use, memory, latency, and failure modes.
- Ability to operate without rigid briefs, explore rapidly, and discard directions in a changing environment.
- Candidates must currently reside in the United Arab Emirates.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience with live-data prototyping tools or multimodal or voice interaction design.
- Experience designing consumer-facing products, including e-commerce, marketplaces, or high-engagement B2C platforms.
- Experience designing for MENA markets, including Arabic RTL interfaces and multilingual code-switching.
Location and Work Pattern
- The role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The role is hybrid and requires two to three days per week at the office.
