Role overview
Senior Product Designer reporting to the Director of Product Design and working with Product Designers and UX Researchers.
Collaborate in a Product, Design, and Engineering triad to turn complex healthcare problems into simple, valuable experiences.
This is a remote role with occasional in-person collaboration at the Montreal office, up to twice per month when needed.
Product design
- Own the end-to-end design process from problem exploration through validation and delivery.
- Translate complex healthcare workflows into intuitive web and mobile experiences.
- Create user flows, information architecture, interaction patterns, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Contribute to the Design System and partner with Engineering to maintain design quality.
- Apply accessibility and inclusive design principles throughout the work.
AI, research, and validation
- Integrate AI into daily Product Design work for exploration, prototyping, iteration, synthesis, and validation.
- Build functional prototypes using Figma Make, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted tools.
- Plan and conduct user interviews, usability testing, and validation activities when appropriate.
