Senior Procurement Optimization Specialist

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration or in a related field required. • 4-5+ years of professional work experience leading Procurement and/or Supply Chain projects and working with cross-functional teams, to drive performance improvement or change management initiatives. • Demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles in executing complex, multifunctional prioritized projects. • Demonstrated fluency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) is required. • Must have excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, presentation and stakeholder management skills (including the ability to develop and maintain strong, cross-functional stakeholder relationships). • Willing and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision. • Must be analytical, have strong problem-solving skillsets and a creative and strategic thinker. • Ability to lead projects and drive process improvements is required. • Ability to work through ambiguity, change management and lead through business transformation. • Must be able to influence with integrity and drive change across key stakeholders and business functions. • Current or prior experience utilizing SAP and/or Power BI is highly preferred. • Willing and able to travel up to 5% based on the needs of the team and the business.

• Salary: $85,000 to $95,000 per year

• The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
